The Basic Info:

•Lessons are offered for vocal, guitar, and drums. We’ll continue to expand what we offer (keyboard, bass, etc.).

•$25 for a half hour of private instruction.

•Lessons are weekly, usually Saturdays. Instructors will work out a specific time with you.

Our Instructors:

Jack Withers

Jack Withers brings his incredible talent and wealth of experience to Bayside Music Academy as its newest resident teacher. Jack was formally trained at Musician’s Institute of Los Angeles, www.mi.edu, and his diverse experience brings an extra benefit to our students. While in Southern California, Jack worked professionally as a guitarist and bassist, as well as an engineer and producer at Session 1 Studios in Fullerton. He was also chosen to demonstrate new C.F. Martin & Co.© guitars at the prestigious NAMM Show in Anaheim. While in Nashville, honing his blues and country music skills, Jack had the opportunity to record in famed RCA Studio B. In addition, Jack has toured with Peter Neumann and led worship for church services and APU’s Mexico Outreach. We are privileged to have Jack here in Woodland as he works on his second CD project.

Jack is teaching electric, acoustic, and bass guitar. He also teaches electric guitar players how to set up and get the most out of their gear.
